SPCD2026 - Abstract Submission Deadline Extended!

Dear colleague,

Due to several requests for an extension of the deadline, the organising committee of SPCD 2024 has agreed to extend the deadline for submission: The new deadline for submission of abstracts is now Monday 30 March 2026.

In order to submit your abstract, please use this form. 

You can also submit a TIC, short commercial presentations/pitches of 7 minutes max, of one of the company products. In order to submit your TIC, please use this form.

This extension provides additional time for authors to prepare and submit their contributions to SPCD 2026, which will take place at ESA/ESTEC from 13 to 16 October 2026.

The SPCD international Symposium is the premier technical conference dedicated to Passive components for space applications.

How Can I Particpiate in SPCD?

You can participate to SPCD conference in one or more of the following ways:

- As a Presenter:

Present a technical paper or a poster by submitting an abstract and choosing your presentation preference.

- As a Commercial Presenter:

Give a commercial presentation (7min) by submitting a Technical Introduction of Components (TICs).

- As a Roadmap Presenter:

Present your company's roadmap to purchasing and supply managers only.

- As an Exhibitor:

Exhibit by booking a booth and promoting your services and components.

- As a Sponsor:

Provide your company with greater visibility by choosing one of the sponsorship packages.

- As a Participant:

Register to the conference and take advantage form the conference presentations, exhibition, networking breaks, welcome drink and the Gala dinner.

Please also note that ESA will sponsor up to two students to attend SPCD 2026 through the ESA Academy Conference Student Sponsorship programme.
