You need to create a new user account in order to register.

• Academic fees apply to students, lecturers, professors or any other member of research laboratories affiliated to universities or colleges.

• Exhibition Stand fees don’t include attendees registration. At least one representative of the exhibitor company should register. Please complete the online registration form.

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
The option to pay by bank transfer will be offered until  30 September 2024. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. 

It is possible to register online until 15 October, 11:00hrs (GMT +1). Thereafter you can register only on-site at the registration desk. 
On site payment of registration fees can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard are accepted) only. Cash payments are not accepted. 

Please note that for credit card payments your card may be eligible for, or is enrolled in, the 'Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode' authentication programs. After clicking the Validate button, your card issuer may prompt you for your password before you complete your purchase.

Access to the ESTEC site is restricted to persons pre-registered using the online conference registration system, and presenting an original valid form of ID and a GreenPass.
