Refund Policy
Conference Registration
Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 90 and more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, except in case of justified medical condition (i.e. medical certificate, etc.)
Written requests for cancellation must be sent throuth the contact us form.
Sponsorship, Exhibition and Workshop fees
No refunds, except in case of "Force Majeure" (i.e. pandemic situation, etc.)
